Our local pickled beets are loaded with juicy flavors! A mixture of vinegars enhanced with cinnamon sticks to give the beet a bit of sweetness to balance out the vinegar. Our jar is mixed in with red onions and a few lumps of ginger infused with aromatics such as , fennel , black peppercorns and mustard seeds!
