Red Rim Reserve is built around a 6-month fermented blend of ghost peppers and cayenne, creating a deep, developed heat with natural acidity and complexity. Tomatoes and tomato juice give the sauce a rich, full body, while fresh garlic, basil, and wild local fennel bring bright herbal notes and subtle sweetness that cut through the intensity.

Celery and celery salt add an earthy backbone, layered with cracked black pepper and black salt for a sharp mineral finish. Worcestershire sauce and fish sauce build a deep umami character with smoky, savory depth that lingers long after the heat hits. White vinegar and lemon juice brighten the sauce and balance the richness, keeping every ingredient distinct while tying the whole profile together.

The result is an extremely hot, savory-forward sauce with layered heat, herbal brightness, and a long, complex finish.

For every Designer Series release, we collaborate with a local artist to create a completely one-of-one hot sauce — custom label, custom vibe, limited run. Once it’s gone, it’s gone.

For Episode 1, we teamed up with Ian Schranz — singer of Bark Bark Disco, owner of Hole in the Wall, designer behind Tuff Cider, and all-around creative force.

Ian brought the artwork, we brought the sauce.
