A local sea salt that is produced in Gozo that is flavored and marinated for a total of one week before jarring! Allowing the sea salt to marry with ingredients intensifies the product and makes it that much more enjoyable! The sea salt is harvested from a local salt pan in Malsalforn, created with our chili powder and other herbs to make a chilli sea salt!
