Gozitan Preserved Lemons
Local lemons straight from the Gozo fields! A seasonal ferment and fermented with Gozitan sea salt, bay leaves and black peppercorns, will have you adding this to almost every dish. Add a bit of preserved lemons and turn those salad dressings, stews, marinades and not to mention the amazing drinks you can blend up with these! Create a flavourful lemonade and or even a nice snack on its own! imagine eating a lemon but take away the sour and bitter taste of rind and you are left with a sweet, a bit salty and a bit sour flavour wonderful flavour!
