Phoenix Kimchi

Our phoenix kimchi is made with a ginger, garlic, OG seasoning, fish sauce and a bit of water blended then mixed with our cabbage carrots and green onions. Fermented to release all beneficial bacteria. Our OG seasoning gives it a bit of heat but balanced even to be enjoyed by the spoonful. Leaving you coming back for more and more!!!

Kimchi is so good for you!! I first discovered kimchi thru a friend of mine back when I used to live in Canada and instantly fell in love. Being a person who enjoys the heat and flavors of spicy food I found myself putting it on everything!! Awesome mixed with rice and a fried egg, in a stir-fry or even on its own.

A preserved egg flavored with chili flakes, fennel seeds and garlic, brined with a mixture of malt vinegar and white vinegar then aged for a totally of 4 days before available for sale. A snack that was used to be found at bars back in the day and still a very tasty snack to be enjoyed by all!
